Services

Waiver Services:
Our waiver services are Medicaid funded supports that allow individuals with developmental disabilities to receive the care they need in their homes and communities, rather than aninstitutional setting.
Supportive In-Home
PPSS provides Supportive In-Home Services for children and adults with developmental disabilities in the home and community. This is a structured program of care that meets the physical, emotional, health, and safety needs of the individuals enrolled. Staff called Direct Service Professionals (DSP’s) support and assist each individual with social contact, community integration, personal/self-help and training, behavior management, recreation/education, and person-centered living. DSP’s provide protection, guidance, and supervision in the home while working with the individual and implementing the objectives of the individual service plan (ISP). The ISP is reviewed and modified quarterly and/or as needed or when the individual’s life
circumstances/assessment needs change. Our staffing ratio is 1:1
